SOMATICS

The tantra that we teach combines traditional tantra with the Somatic work that Stacy has developed for 15 years. It’s an accessible and incredibly effective practice that dissolves the blocks to intimacy with self, your partner or intimate others, vocation, and the world at large. 

Tantra has profoundly changed both of our lives. We found it was the only thing that allowed rapid healing of attachment issues that other modalities could not touch. Coming from two different attachment styles, we both love and have transformed through this work. Daniel’s practice has helped him with love avoidance and addiction, helping open the doors to locked out emotions and cleared trauma resulting in an ability to be present and have genuine connection. Stacy hails from deeply anxious attachment. She worked tirelessly for years in different modalities—and while things got a lot better, she still struggled with a deep feeling of unsafety, and difficulty bringing her needs into relationships. Once practicing tantra she found access to calm and pleasure in her body, and to expression in ways she never thought possible.

The depth of the work in a few short sessions that touches every arena of life is why we are such big advocates of this work. With an almost infinite combination of different practices, it’s a process that can evolve whatever practice already exists or intimacy work already done.
